Janae was amazing she sent so many photos of her visit with the cats. My cats don’t like strangers and for them to actually come out for her was amazing to me, can’t imagine how much other cats most love janae. Will definitely use her again for any trips I take!

Janae was great about watching my kitties on an almost spur-of-the-moment request. I had recently rescued a kitten and our normal house sitter wasn't comfortable with taking care of him. Janae was super nice and was extremely friendly. My kitten was happy to play with her. I was happy to know that my kitties would be taken care of by another cat lover. I was ecstatic when I recieved pictures of my little furry babies. From one cat sitter to another - I greatly appreciate the help while I was gone. Thank you.

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
