We recently had the pleasure of having Kaylin take care of our four cats while we were away, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, Kaylin was communicative, professional, and clearly experienced with animals — especially cats with different personalities and needs. She checked in every day without fail, sending us updates, photos, and little notes about how each cat was doing. It was such a comfort knowing they were not just being fed and cleaned up after, but genuinely cared for and given attention. It’s not easy to earn the trust of all four of our cats, but Kaylin was patient and gentle. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a clean home — everything was exactly as we left it. Kaylin was magic! Not only did she do a great job feeding and cleaning litter boxes for my 2 cats, but she also managed to gain the trust of one of my cats who is terrified of strangers! He came out to greet her on visits! This has never happened with other cat sitters I had over the years. I am so grateful for Kaylin’s help & reassurance. I recommend her very highly!

Kaylin is wonderful. The meet and greet was very thorough and she sent me messages and photos on all of her visits. I highly recommend her and will absolutely use her again. My cat is older and I was nervous to leave her but she did great!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
