I would NOT recommend Tracy. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, particularly because I took significant steps beforehand to ensure Tracy fully understood what was expected of her. I met with and trained her on three separate occasions prior to my trip. From the very first morning, there were serious problems. Tracy arrived more than 3 hours late despite confirming the agreed-upon start time the night before. When I contacted her, she initially told me she had arrived earlier and then left. However, both my front-gate security records and home security cameras showed that she had never been there. After I questioned her, she admitted that she had not shown up. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Tracy missed scheduled feedings, fed the cats significantly later than instructed, failed to follow their established lanai/outdoor schedule, and spent very little quality time with them. Throughout the booking, there always seemed to be another reason why she could not follow the agreed-upon schedule. I never expected Tracy to remain at my home 24/7. I simply expected her to follow the schedule she had agreed to. If additional hours needed to be added to the reservation in order to accommodate that schedule, she should have communicated that to me in advance. Had she been forthcoming about her availability or her inability to meet the agreed-upon schedule, I would not have hired her. The consequences were significant. I ultimately terminated Tracy's services, hired another sitter on short notice, cut my trip short, and missed approximately 1½ days of an expensive, non-refundable conference. Far more upsetting was the impact on my cats. They were left inside for periods of 10–12 hours with minimal lanai time. When I returned, their water bowls were approximately ¾ empty, and dirty food bowls with remnants of cat food were left in the sink. One of my cats was noticeably skittish and standoffish when I returned—something my regular cat sitter also observed when she stepped in to help. Everything described above is supported by text messages, Front Gate Security records, and Ring camera footage, including the agreed-upon schedule and Tracy's arrivals and departures. This experience was completely unacceptable and, most importantly, could have been avoided had Tracy been forthcoming about her availability and her ability to fulfill the responsibilities she had agreed to undertake.

Tracy was outstanding. She was always in constant communication, and sent daily pictures. My Eleanor can be stubborn. Tracy actually delivered her food to her so she made sure that she ate. It's so comforting knowing your catans are in good hands when you're gone.

Tracy was very kind,, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She took great care of my two cats and also brought in some packages and mail while I was away.. She managed to get pictures of my cats when most people haven’t even seen them because they’re always in hiding.. I would definitely hire her again!

Tracy was excellent again. My Bengal Eleanor is a tough cat to get through to. Tracy delivered food to underneath the bed where Eleanor was hiding. I call it her Uber delivery service. But, Tracy is extremely patient and makes sure Eleanor eats.

Tracy was absolutely wonderful with our cat while we were away! She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. When she noticed something concerning, she let us know right away so we could make a plan, and we really appreciated how attentive and caring she was. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat, and we’re so grateful for everything she did. We would absolutely trust Tracy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate pet sitter!

Not only did she take care of my fluffy minions, she made them feel loved enough to not be destructive in protest of my leaving for a few days. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Daily updates kept me from missing them to a point it might ruin my vacation mood. Gratitude to Tracy for all she did for these tiny fluffy monsters that I love so dearly 🐈🐈‍⬛ I will plan future trips around when she can and can not watch my cats. She is worth way more than what I paid for this peace of mind, without a doubt.
