Michelle is always so great with all three of our cats, but on this trip our eldest needed extra encouragement to eat since she is adjusting to a new food. We appreciate all of her real-time communication about how things are going and her willingness to try techniques that have worked for us when troubleshooting appetite hurdles and general kitty anxiety around eating. My 16 y/o cat Simba takes medication every day and Michelle took fantastic care of him all week. She sent updates and pictures every day, made sure his food and water were topped up, and even managed his litterbox and cleaned up after the frequent messes he made around the house. Amazing! The peace of mind we had going out of town knowing Michelle was there was irreplaceable. I booked for my first time and was very hesitant because we have never needed a sitter but I'll be recommending her to anyone I know that needs her services. When I got home I asked my cats "so what do you think about Michelle? They all said "yea"! Michelle was very professional, great attention to details, obviously loves cats. She''s all of this and more, even though my cats are all difficult, to say the least. There are 7 of them and they don't get along. Therefore. they're in different rooms. etc.. In addition, one is quite old and there was the chance of him passing away. To sum it up, I'll definitely request her again.

Michelle cares for your fur babies as if they are her own. Everytime you make an appointment with her, she has questions about what has changed and if she needs to do something more to help. I have used Meowtel in a couple cities and she has been the best!

This is my second appointment with Michelle. like the first time she did an amazing job. Every visit she would send update videos and pictures and a detailed list of what she done and how the cats are. I feel perfectly fine with Michelle watching my girls. I will never ask anybody but Michelle to watch my Luna and Onyx.

We never stress or worry about our three cats when we go out of town because Michelle is so attentive and provides the absolute best care and updates. She’s watched our cats for us several times, and during our most recent trip one of the cats started to suddenly present with a physical discomfort. She got in touch with us right away, and continued to monitor him since I decided it didn’t sound vet-level urgent. It was a quick setback and most likely caused by over exertion from play, and it resolved itself in less than 24 hours. It can be stressful when your cat starts acting like there’s something wrong when you’re not around, but I felt confident that Michelle was keeping us updated with an accurate barometer of concern, which helped me sleep better and worry less, overall. You never want anything to go wrong when you’re away, but this little hiccup reinforced my confidence that Michelle is fully capable of handling any surprise that may come her way. 100000000% recommended.

Michelle, as always was fantastic. This time, she had to deal with a cat emergency - our older cat Bailey was stumbling and not moving well. She was extremely communicative, sending videos and pictures before calling so we could make the correct decision. She came back shortly after to take him to the emergency vet, and stayed with him until they made the decision to keep him overnight. She communicated the vets opinions and the estimates and checked in with us frequently afterward. It’s always scary when something happens to a cat while you’re away, but we felt very confident that Michelle would take care of everything Bailey needed.

Michelle did a fantastic job. Each of our cats eats a different food, and she was able to keep it organized and separate. We have an elderly cat we were worried about and she was very communicative and gave him extra food to keep his weight up. She demonstrated her flexibility and caring abilities when one of my cats had to have a medicine change after our initial meet and greet. She was able to make the change via text message direction. She spotted another issue with one of my cats, conjunctivitis, and was able to add additional medical treatment to the routine. Upon meeting Michelle my wife and I felt immediately comfortable with her. She asked a lot of questions about our 2 fur babies, was very detailed oriented, and we knew our babies would be well cared for. While we were away Michelle contacted us daily of all she had done at our house for our babies and sent us pictures of them. She even sent a video of our youngest "Squeaky" playing with her. This is the second time I’ve had Michelle take care of my kitties, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! I had to leave town suddenly due to a family illness, and Michelle not only responded and reacted to my request immediately, but went totally above and beyond by picking up cat supplies for me at Petco since I wasn’t able to before leaving town. She was completely amazing with the cats and her updates/pictures were phenomenal as usual! I truly appreciated her kindness, support and understanding during this difficult time, and knew without question that my kitties were in the best care possible while I was away. I can’t thank her enough!

Her attention to detail every step of the way went above and beyond, from the meet and greet, to the detailed visit summaries with pics and videos, to the extra love and attention she showed my cats on each visit.
