Amazing! The peace of mind we had going out of town knowing Michelle was there was irreplaceable. I booked for my first time and was very hesitant because we have never needed a sitter but I'll be recommending her to anyone I know that needs her services. She came to the initial meet and greet and was extremely thorough to ensure she was providing the right care for our kitties. Each visit came with a detailed text update as well as photos of the cats. One of our cars are extremely skittish and didn't think he would even come out of hiding but he loved Michelle, she's a true cat person. Our old boy takes oral medication twice daily and she was able to provide this with zero issues. I can't say enough good things about her and will be a repeat customer the next time we leave town.

Her attention to detail and her love for the “Kitcats” as she calls them made me feel so confident in the care that my fur babies were going to receive. She did not let down! Michelle Z was outstanding.. she took great care of Ollie who has an infection on his back shoulder and she had to apply a topical medication which is not easy.. she sent me pictures and notes every visit and Ollie absolutely loves her! We never stress or worry about our three cats when we go out of town because Michelle is so attentive and provides the absolute best care and updates. She’s watched our cats for us several times, and during our most recent trip one of the cats started to suddenly present with a physical discomfort. She got in touch with us right away, and continued to monitor him since I decided it didn’t sound vet-level urgent. It was a quick setback and most likely caused by over exertion from play, and it resolved itself in less than 24 hours. It can be stressful when your cat starts acting like there’s something wrong when you’re not around, but I felt confident that Michelle was keeping us updated with an accurate barometer of concern, which helped me sleep better and worry less, overall. You never want anything to go wrong when you’re away, but this little hiccup reinforced my confidence that Michelle is fully capable of handling any surprise that may come her way. 100000000% recommended.

Michelle is awesome, sweet, responsible and caring. My cats instantly trusted and responded to her. She demonstrated her flexibility and caring abilities when one of my cats had to have a medicine change after our initial meet and greet. She was able to make the change via text message direction. She spotted another issue with one of my cats, conjunctivitis, and was able to add additional medical treatment to the routine. I can’t find the appropriate words to describe how happy I am to have hired this fabulous young lady. I will be requesting her in the future.

Michelle, as always was fantastic. This time, she had to deal with a cat emergency - our older cat Bailey was stumbling and not moving well. She was extremely communicative, sending videos and pictures before calling so we could make the correct decision. She came back shortly after to take him to the emergency vet, and stayed with him until they made the decision to keep him overnight. She communicated the vets opinions and the estimates and checked in with us frequently afterward. It’s always scary when something happens to a cat while you’re away, but we felt very confident that Michelle would take care of everything Bailey needed.

Michelle did such a wonderful job watching my two cats! She made sure that they were well-taken care of and loved while I was away and I couldn't ask for a better cat sitter. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who will treat their cats with the love and care they deserve while they are gone. You won't be disappointed!

Michelle was fantastic with my kitty while we were away for the holidays. She provided updates every visit, including pictures and videos. The Polaroid she left of our sweet kitty lives on my fridge now. I will definitely request her services in the future next time I am out of town.

We always request Michelle to watch our cats. She makes leaving our cats worry free. We know they are well cared for and Michelle keeps us updated every day.

We used Michelle for a quick work trip, knowing our cats would be thrilled to have her back for Round 2. She once again was incredible, we got frequent pictures while we were away, and came home to a clean house and some very happy cats! It was such a relief to be able to get home late and know everything would be fine when we got home.

If you’re a doting cat parent such as myself, perhaps one that obsesses and fawns over their kitties, holding them in the highest regard, and a bit of a worrywort when it’s time to leave them at home for a vacation- then Michelle is the cat sitter for you. How can I summarize it? Michelle is simply a fantastic cat sitter. She is extremely professional, asks all the right questions, and doesn’t make you feel crazy when you’re explaining your routines and all of the things you do for your cats. She’s definitely a shy cat whisperer. She sends great updates, and we loved coming home to find some toy gifts she left for the kittens and a card with mini Polaroids of our babies. It was like they went away to summer camp and these were the memories from their adventure! 😸 So sweet. Anyone will be lucky to have Michelle look after their babies while they’re away. She is a top notch sitter and we will definitely be booking her in the future!

Michelle is fabulous! I travel fairly frequently and Michelle keeps me informed and up to date about my kitty's well-being. She is very responsive, and I am comfortable and at ease even when I am far away. I would recommend her very highly!

Michelle recently took care of my cat, Birdy, who was being left on her own for the first time (after losing her sister to cancer). I was initially worried about leaving her alone, but once I met Michelle felt she would be in good hands. Michelle provided exceptional care for Birdy. She went above and beyond, providing detailed updates and photos, while allowing shy Birdy to decide how much attention she wanted. Michelle is so sweet! She is professional, thoughtful, caring and goes above and beyond. She took thorough notes to understand and get to know the habits of our kitties at our meet and greet! She clearly knows and understands cats, their needs and personality differences. She was able to get my very shy, timid scaredy-cat to come out on the first visit! (He normally needs A LOT more time to trust a stranger!) She was very communicative with notes and photos! It gave me so much peace to know my fur babies were happy and content while we were away. We were out of the country and she alerted us about a possible hurricane coming our way! She also watered plants and we came home to a sparkling clean cat food area! I could go on and on about Michelle. First of all, the moment she entered my home, I instantly felt comfortable with her. She has an amazing energy and I could tell she really loves cats. I have one shy kitty and one not so shy kitty- shy kitty warmed up to her almost immediately. Her daily updates were so thorough and appreciated. My kittys loved her! She will be the only person I book from now on. She is trustworthy, professional and just an amazing cat sitter!! She even left a few Polaroid pictures for me :’) thanks so much Michelle!

Michelle did such an amazing job taking care of our cats while we were gone. She sent updates every morning, with photos, and made sure to send extras when we were missing our kitties. The food dishes and waters were full and the litterboxes pristine when we got home. Michelle was very communicative and any questions we had were answered instantly. She made sure to let us know when we were running short on something, with plenty of lead time to order it so that they never were without treats or litter pellets! We are excited to use Michelle again for vacations!

Upon meeting Michelle my wife and I felt immediately comfortable with her. She asked a lot of questions about our 2 fur babies, was very detailed oriented, and we knew our babies would be well cared for. While we were away Michelle contacted us daily of all she had done at our house for our babies and sent us pictures of them. She even sent a video of our youngest "Squeaky" playing with her. You can be rest assured if you choose Michelle to care for your pet you will be more than pleased and satisfied!!

This was my second time booking with Michelle. She looked after my cat Kira for 2 weeks while I was overseas by staying overnight in my home.
