Michelle is always so great with all three of our cats, but on this trip our eldest needed extra encouragement to eat since she is adjusting to a new food. We appreciate all of her real-time communication about how things are going and her willingness to try techniques that have worked for us when troubleshooting appetite hurdles and general kitty anxiety around eating. Michelle was very kind to my animals. My old lady 16-year-old cat and my two strays that I took in they became comfortable with her. I was surprised to find that the key litter had been taken out. The garbage had been taken out. She was delightful in person and the cats seemed to enjoy her company. I would definitely recommend her and we will probably use her again! She is awesome!

My 16 y/o cat Simba takes medication every day and Michelle took fantastic care of him all week. She sent updates and pictures every day, made sure his food and water were topped up, and even managed his litterbox and cleaned up after the frequent messes he made around the house. I felt completely at ease and my normally standoffish cat even started warming up to her by the end. We never stress or worry about our three cats when we go out of town because Michelle is so attentive and provides the absolute best care and updates. Amazing! The peace of mind we had going out of town knowing Michelle was there was irreplaceable. I booked for my first time and was very hesitant because we have never needed a sitter but I'll be recommending her to anyone I know that needs her services. She came to the initial meet and greet and was extremely thorough to ensure she was providing the right care for our kitties. Each visit came with a detailed text update as well as photos of the cats. One of our cars are extremely skittish and didn't think he would even come out of hiding but he loved Michelle, she's a true cat person. Our old boy takes oral medication twice daily and she was able to provide this with zero issues. I can't say enough good things about her and will be a repeat customer the next time we leave town.

Her attention to detail and her love for the “Kitcats” as she calls them made me feel so confident in the care that my fur babies were going to receive. She did not let down! Michelle did a fantastic job. Each of our cats eats a different food, and she was able to keep it organized and separate. We have an elderly cat we were worried about and she was very communicative and gave him extra food to keep his weight up. As always, she left the house spotless (even after one of our cats continued to have behavioral bathroom issues outside of the box).

Michelle, as always was fantastic. This time, she had to deal with a cat emergency - our older cat Bailey was stumbling and not moving well. She was extremely communicative, sending videos and pictures before calling so we could make the correct decision. She came back shortly after to take him to the emergency vet, and stayed with him until they made the decision to keep him overnight. She communicated the vets opinions and the estimates and checked in with us frequently afterward. It’s always scary when something happens to a cat while you’re away, but we felt very confident that Michelle would take care of everything Bailey needed.

We love using Michelle! This is our 3rd time, and this time, one of our kitties got sick during our time away. Another stellar cat sitting experience with Michelle! We have a 3 year old cat and two new-ish kittens and we are still fine tuning routines around food and general care since their adoption a few months ago. Upon meeting Michelle my wife and I felt immediately comfortable with her. She asked a lot of questions about our 2 fur babies, was very detailed oriented, and we knew our babies would be well cared for. We used Michelle for a quick work trip, knowing our cats would be thrilled to have her back for Round 2. She once again was incredible, we got frequent pictures while we were away, and came home to a clean house and some very happy cats! It was such a relief to be able to get home late and know everything would be fine when we got home.
