I'm conscientious and organized, etc. by nature, and also have a calm presence that most cats quickly warm up to. I've taken care of lots of indoor cats before, and am good with doors and keeping them where they need to be.
I've also been recommended for other sits, and have had many others reach out to me for sits. I've also done a few sits without even having to meet the owners, like if they needed to take off or needed me to fill in as a replacement, so that's always an option if it ever comes down to it. I've even obliged when the first pick ahead of me falls through, which is no bother for me and probably ends up for the best anyway!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting professionally going on 4 years now, and before that have also taken care of cats for the people in my life. Growing up I've had cats in and around the home since a young age. I've had over 10+ cats as pets, not including the litters and some ferals too!
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy fulfilling the cats' usual and expected daily routines, as well as providing a regular and safe presence for them too. I also frequently find the different temperaments, personalities, mannerisms, quirks and so on of the cats that I meet to be amusing. Including the things that they sometimes like to do like random love bites, it's more amusing than anything else!
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
My favorite sit so far has been for a 4 month old Russian Blue kitten. It's been so many years since I've taken care of and engaged with a kitten, so it was very fun and enjoyable taking care of him.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
