Hi! My name is Amy and my love of cats goes back to before I can even remember. Growing up, we had 2 cats in my childhood home whom I loved very much. When I was 15, I found 2 baby kittens, one boy and one girl, outside of my best friend’s house. I brought them home and gave them both a life full of love and cuddles. My boy cat, Achilles, passed away in 2021 at 17 years old from cancer. At that point, however, we had adopted another kitten. My daughter was also born an animal lover and at 6 years old she brought home a kitten she found outside, and asked if we could keep her. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not
receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer
cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
