Since they don’t usually warm up to new people easily, we were a little worried at first, but Rachel immediately put us at ease. The cats quickly bonded with her, which says a lot. She truly went above and beyond and genuinely cared for our cats as if they were her own. One of our cats needed eye drops, and Rachel handled it gently and patiently without any issues. We highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter. We will definitely be using her again the next time we need someone to care for our cats."

As a pet owner, it’s such a relief to know your pet is in kind and capable hands when you’re away. Nelani made sure Figaro had fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and lots of attention. She took the time to play with him and make him feel comfortable rather than just stopping in quickly and leaving. Figaro can be picky about new people, but he warmed up to her very quickly, which really shows how calm and patient she is with animals. One thing that really stood out was her communication.
