What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have owned cats for my entire life, including cats that have needed special medical care. I have experience with cat sitting for cats that required medications and subcutaneous fluid.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love being able to cuddle with cats or just to experience their different and varied personalities. Each cat is their own little person full of energy and affection.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

I cat sit for an older female cat towards the end of her life. She required medications, fluids and special care but despite the poking and prodding, and, sometimes, the pain I could tell she was in, she would always purr when I pet her and always gave me a head rub when she saw me. I miss her a lot.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
