Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
My favorite cat sitting reservation is a regular client. I pet sat him for a total of 76 days (not all at once) last year and 47 days already this year as of June 2026. He is the biggest cuddle bug.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have an 11 year old cat named Henry. I adopted him from an elderly couple that couldnāt look after him anymore due to a family memberās severe medical condition. Iāve had him since he was 9 months old, and heās a very cute menace.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
Cat safety is extremely big! Because of this I will always ask owners specific questions. 1. Does the cat typically try to get out. 2. Are their any allergies. 3. Is there anything they try to get into that has caused issues before. 4. Are there any medical conditions? And what are the signs of those conditions are acting up? And what actions should I take if that happens. Beyond that making sure that there are no hazards left out like toxic foods, plants, or items like rubber bands. Thanks to my own adventurous cat, he has me trained to look out for these kinds of things as a habit.

I sometimes travel for work, and when I do Julie stays at my apartment to take care of my pets. Sheās reliable and takes great care of my fur babies! She follows directions for feeding/medication exactly as instructed and always texts updates with how things are going. There are very few people I would trust to sleep at my place and watch over my animals. I highly recommend her services!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
