What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I think I answered this in my bio. But I’ve been taking care of my own cats as long as I can remember. I have a client I have been pet sitting for about 10 years now. Her cats are very shy but when I watch them they come out and actually sit with me. It’s a very rewarding job!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Getting to know the cat(s). All kitties are different so I like to figure out how to win them over : )

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Take your time. Ask questions. Even though cats don’t require walking and they sleep a lot. It’s important your cat sitter takes the time feeding and scooping but also to hang out with them for a bit. They like company even if they aren’t “with” you.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
