"Carolina was great! She took lots of photos each day we were gone and followed directions perfectly. She brought in our mail, brought in trash cans and above all loved on our kitties. One of our kitties has to eat a special diet and the other 3 eat food that has to be prepared a certain way and she followed directions perfectly and sent us photos to put our minds at ease. She was even so kind to leave us a sweet card and kitty treats that our furry family members loved. We would not hesitate to reserve Carolina again."

She was also resourceful when I mistakenly left one’s food dish in another room. My cats were totally at ease when I returned home; they showed absolutely no signs of stress. "Jennifer is amazing. We always feel 100% at ease when we are away and she is watching over our kitties. This last weekend one of our cats got sick and she noticed immediately a change in his behavior. Without hesitation she took care of him just as if he was her own. We asked if she could take him to the pet ER and she did. She was up until the wee hours after a late night spent making sure Tigger was cared for and she did it with love and grace. She made a difficult situation so much easier. We are so thankful for her."
