Hello I’m Sherrie! EDIT: I started with Meowtel when I was between jobs, and have now taken a full-time, in-office 9-5 position that I'm tremendously excited about. But I've enjoyed cat-sitting so much, and don't want to give it up completely. I can only do 1 or 2 visits per evening after work, depending on your location. Morning visits are EXTREMELY limited, depending on your need (medication at specific time of day) and location (near enough to my home and office.) If this works for you, and you live within my area, I can't wait to meet your kitty(ies)! I grew up sharing space with cats all my life, and I’m excited to meet and take care of your furbabies! WOW!! Sherrie helped us so much!! We had work being done while we were away and didn’t realize that the contractors would be sealing off portions of the house and entire rooms. One cat got sealed in a room but Sherrie hunted her down and then came back a second time the same day to move both cats and their food/water/litter into the only room that wasn’t being worked on (please know we had no idea they’d be doing THAT level of construction even though we told them about our cats). Sherrie was a cat-saver. I was so worried but she put my mind at ease.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
