"Madeleine was PURRFECT! I really can't say enough about how she treated my fur babies (all 5 of them), We have a tricky situation where we have to separate our kitties in different rooms when we are away to prevent issues. She provided care to them in their different areas, thus making it double duty and double scooping, From the first meeting, it felt like she had known our cats forever and they warmed up to her real quick as well. She called them all by name and gave each one dedicated play time. Her communications, photos, and videos were plentiful. She went above and beyond, even returning to the house quickly when I contacted her after receiving an alert from my alarm sensor. When we finally got home, I think I overheard my kitties complain that it was us and not her! We will most definitely be calling for her again real soon."
