I have a cat son, named Morty. He is my best bud and has been by my side for almost 7 years now. I’ve learned to understand his way of communicating when he’s hungry, needs water, or just wants to play. He’s also a little pirate (missing an eye)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

It is very important to do prior meetups to ensure the cat is used to the person coming to feed and spend time with them.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Constant vigilance and listening for activities by the cats to make sure nothing is going wrong. Allowing the cats their space, but making sure things are safe and the space is secure.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
