I’ve known Emma for almost 15 years and during that time, I have used them for care for my own adopted cats and my adopted dog who was traumatized from past abuse. My dog, in particular, can be difficult to care for and that has never been an issue. He’s very nervous and needy but at the same time can get upset and turn irritated quickly. Emma was able to diffuse any upset from him by setting him up in front of his favorite space heater or packing a Kong for him to relax. He loves Emma! I’ve recommended them to friends and family and every person has been a repeat customer because Emma is so caring and dedicated. Even in stressful situations, Emma has remained calm and taken the best care of all of the animals that that have been in their care. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
