A little about me (if interested):
My cat loving journey started when I was at the ripe age of 10. I grew up with two beautiful tuxedo boys - Miller and Dusty. They were my first loves and I firmly believe people who had furbabies growing up can attest that their babies were their first love, as well. Now, I have two gorgeous girls (mom and baby) - one tuxedo and one black kitty.
I have extensive experience in volunteering at cat shelters/rescues in my hometown. My responsibilitities ranged from cleaning rooms to replacing litter boxes to getting new cats acclimated and pilling cats. As a cleaner, I was also responsible for observing the cats and call to attention if one was lethargic/not their usual self. With that, I’ve learned to be very observant.
When you request me to be your sitter, I hold that dear to my heart knowing you trust me with your baby/babies. That ‘book me’ button is sacred. I don’t work a corporate job, which allows me to have scheduling flexiblity.
I’m pursuing film acting, improv and copywriting. Cats make the best audience members.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love giving the cat’s person/people peace of mind when they’re traveling, knowing their babies are in good hands. When I’m out of town, I want all the updates and pictures, so I love being that person to provide them. Of course, I’d be remiss if I didn’t say how much I enjoy getting to know the cats, too! I learn from them constantly.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
It’s not my favorite in terms of fun, but it stands out because I may have noticed something medical. While sitting for a kitty, I saw that one of her pupils was significantly larger than the other. I sent a picture to her person right away. She was acting normal, but I knew it was a potential red flag. She took her to the vet that week. It felt really good to possibly catch something her person might not have noticed, otherwise.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I sure do. Two beautiful tuxedo girls. I have a type, okay? It’s mother and baby. Momma is Reina (queen in Spanish) and baby is Mischief. I also have a gorgeous black cat back in my hometown. He is a shy timid boy and his name is Poco. He has vitiligo.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Go with your gut. If you have a weird feeling about someone entering your home and taking care of your cat, listen.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I require a FaceTime or Zoom call before the “meet and greet” to make sure we’re a good fit and to prioritize safety. Then, I like to meet your kitties while you’re present; that way, I can learn their quirks, hiding spots, and routine. If it’s a last-minute booking, I’ll at least want to speak over the phone to make sure we’re aligned.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
Before I leave, I always double-check that doors are locked, all cats are safe and accounted for, and everything that should be turned off, is off. It’s of utmost importance to me that both your home and your cats are fully secure!
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, I am, except for Thanksgiving. I usually go back home for Thanksgiving. Other than that, I’m available to sit!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
That is near and dear to me, as my boy back home is timid and anxious. I am very slow at kneeling to their level. I blink very slowly while looking at them, or turn my eyes away ever so slightly so they don’t see my as a threat. I avoid sudden movements and I whisper loving words to them. If they seem interested, I open a Churu, but if that fails, I leave the room and let them come to me on their own.

Molly is also an exceptional communicator and kept me updated with even smallest details my entire trip away. Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.
Atlanta cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
