Hi! Iām Claire, a pharmacy student and lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I grew up with two cats, three dogs over the years, as well as chickens and goats, so caring for animals has always been a part of my daily life.
In addition to caring for my own cats, Iāve cat sat for family, friends, and neighbors for years and understand how important it is to know your cats are safe, comfortable, and loved while youāre away. I also enjoy visiting the local humane society whenever I have free time because spending time around animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy and find rewarding.
As a student, I appreciate the flexibility of cat sitting, but more than anything I love getting to meet new cats and give them calm, attentive care in their own home. Whether your cat is playful, shy, talkative, or independent, Iāll make sure they feel cared for and comfortable while youāre away!

I prioritize both pet and home safety by carefully following all owner instructions, keeping doors and windows secure, monitoring cats closely during visits, and maintaining a clean, calm environment. I also provide dependable communication, updates, and pictures (if wanted) so owners can feel confident their pets and home are being well cared for while theyāre away

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
