In high school, I volunteered at an animal hospital to see all the ins and outs of the work they did. I have always been interested in animals but cats always have that special place in my heart.
My job now, however, has kept me busy. I'm a Grocery Pickup manager for Kroger. I have worked with Kroger for 15 years and have kept a stable income. Cat sitting for me would not be just another income... I've enjoyed cats' company my entire life. My first cat's name was Boots because she was black with white feet. My cat Bebe was a male black cat I had for almost 12 years.

My job now, however, has kept me busy. I'm a Grocery Pickup manager for Kroger. I have worked with Kroger for 15 years and have kept a stable income. Cat sitting for me would not be just another income. I care deeply about cats and their health and happiness. I've had all kinds of cats with different temperaments. I can sense their emotions and have tons of patience and love to give!
I currently live in Braselton Townside neighborhood. I am 25 minutes from Gainesville, 20 minutes from Jefferson, 20 minutes from Buford.
I'm comfortable sitting in any household and will do my best to respect any wishes you may have! My goal is to keep you and your kitties safe and happy!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting for almost 5 years now. I have sat cats with medical needs and skittish cats. I give them all the extra attention or space that they need. I have dealt with 1 household cats and multiple cats as well.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy getting to meet all the cats and how beautiful they all are! Each cat has their own little personalities and I love seeing those personalities grow!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
My cat now, Sapphire, I adopted when she was only 3 months old. She's now 10 years old and a little spitfire! She's super cuddly and very fluffy (so I'm very used to A LOT of fur everywhere)! I got her name from her birth month and it fits her to a T. She loves 'hunting' us, catching flies, loves treats and food in general, and loves playing outside. We have also added a sweet orange tabby to the family, Topaz. He's a goofy fluff full of energy and a professional biscuit maker! His favorite past time is bugging his big sister and knocking anything and everything off of tables. We found a third baby, Copper. He's another orange boy and so active and playful!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
I would say to ensure you have a thorough meet and greet. Have a list of questions as well as an in depth list of how you take care of your babies. I myself forget to ask questions so I tend to keep a list on my phone now. You know your cat's routine the best so feel free to share step by step! I've had plenty of cat parents leave me notes which are super helpful!
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I typically work with a meet and greet first. Get to know the parent as well as the cats if possible. I keep in constant contact and update them throughout the entire process.
Are you usually available during holidays?
I am available most holidays because I tend to work them. I will keep my availability updated to the best of my ability at least 2 weeks out.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Braselton cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $23.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
