What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been cat sitting for almost 2 years now. I have sat cats with medical needs and skittish cats. I give them all the extra attention or space that they need. I have dealt with 1 household cats and multiple cats as well.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy getting to meet all the cats and how beautiful they all are!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

I would say to ensure you have a thorough meet and greet. Have a list of questions as well as an in depth list of how you take care of your babies. I myself forget to ask questions so I tend to keep a list on my phone now. You know your cat's routine the best so feel free to share step by step! I've had plenty of cat parents leave me notes which are super helpful!

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I typically work with a meet and greet first. Get to know the parent as well as the cats if possible. I keep in constant contact and update them throughout the entire process.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am available most holidays because I tend to work them. I will keep my availability updated to the best of my ability at least 2 weeks out.

She followed the directions I left perfectly...she texted me after each visit with pictures and let me know that the cats were doing well...she cleaned up everything I hardly even knew that she was there! Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
