Cindy was so great with my kitty! We both appreciated her so much, and the regular updates and pics certainly helped while I was away for a week. She went above and beyond, playing with him and brushing him, cleaning, and even left a gift for each of us when I got back. I'll gladly book with her again the next time I go out of town.

Cindy is a perfect catsitter! She’s very communicative, sending us cat pics and notes regarding her activities during her visits. It’s clear she has a big heart for animals so I never worry when she’s caring for Pixie. She’s also flexible and has allowed us to change our schedule when needed. She keeps a good lookout on the house too making sure it looks lived in by taking in packages and such. She even did our dishes and sorted our mail unasked!!! We highly recommend her!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
