she took such good care of my 2 boys. our automatic feeder malfunctioned before her visit and she was very flexible in letting us schedule a last minute visit so my boys could be fed on time. I’ve had cat sitters before that never touched our litter boxes while being gone and she changed our litter boxes out very frequently so it was very nice coming home and not having to worry about litter box smell! and she also sent updates of my cats while gone which was super nice because I always worry about being away from them 😍

Madeline was fantastic as always. She was on time to all visits, gave our cat medicine successfully every day, sent pictures and communicated his input and output. We have a senior cat who has difficulty when we are away with withdrawal etc. However, Madeline works with him until he relaxes and he does well each time. When we return he is happy and healthy. We value her attentiveness.

I could not be more pleased. Madeline is the sort of pet sitter that leaves one confident their pets are in good hands. She took time to put out fur babies at their ease, and keeps in good communication with us via pictures and texts. Even our shy cat came out and smelled her fingers and got a scritch. She was amazing, sending multiple photos every day and giving me a brief update on how my Rosie was doing. Madeline has been wonderful for our precious kitten (hard to say, as he is approaching 1 year old, and big/strong). This was only our second engagement with Meowtel - and Madeline, but we can't give enough "thanks" to Madeline. Our little guy hasn't been around many others, and apparently didn't like the "new person" (hissed, retreated), but from the pix, he quickly settled down and must have remembered the week together from September. Madeline must have made our kitty feel at ease, as he was excited to see us upon return, and very much at-ease. Madeline communicated with us throughout, and was flexible with our changing plans in advance. We think that anyone with a loved fur-person can feel content with Madeline taking care of him/her.

Madeline was perfect in every way. Our shy senior cat Tony, warmed up to Madeline quickly. He rarely does that with anyone but she took the extra time to connect with him and make him feel safe. This gave us a great sense of security and peace of mind. Her communication was outstanding and we could not be more pleased!

As always Madeline took the best care of our baby. She is meticulous and thorough doing all the care and cleanup we request, which is a lot, and she sends updates and pictures every visit. She goes above and beyond when needed like putting up our food delivery when we forgot to cancel it. We could not be happier with Madeline. Madeline was amazing! I was on an extended trip and was nervous about leaving my kitties. I loved that she did a walk through with me beforehand to make sure she was prepared and ready to take care of them. I would absolutely have her take care of them again!

Additionally one of the days noticed my automatic cat feeder may have not been working and put forth little effort to try to contact me and communicate this. Ended up having to send friends over even though I had already paid her.

Firstly, let me apologize for writing a lengthy review, but I’m sure you will appreciate it if finding a dependable and caring babysitter (because she is a just a big baby) is as important for you as it was for me. These days there is no dearth of pet sitters but finding a reliable person who genuinely cares about a stranger’s pets is not easy. I initially tried one of the popular pet-sitting apps, one problem was that most of the sitters there are dog owners and not really into cats. Another problem was that most people are just treating this as a job without being passionate about it. After doing more research, I realized that it’s best to have someone who is a cat owner themselves, that’s when I came across Meowtail. The website and app may not be the most sophisticated, but one needs to look beyond that. Madeline’s bio impressed me given her career in non-profit and experience in babysitting cats. Ever since Madeline started looking after my cat, I no longer worry about travelling and leaving my cat alone. Madeline is punctual, she sends timely updates and pictures. In no time she figured out the personality of my cat and her needs. She gives my cat the attention and play time she needs. In a nutshell, Madeline is AWESOME and I m really glad that I found her!

As always, Madeline took care of Kita meticulously. She had to give her liquid meds each visit and that went well. Kita is almost 21 and we have problems getting her to eat much, so we were worried about that, but Madeline really worked with her to get her to eat as much as possible. She sent us updates and pics/video every visit as usual so that helped a lot. Madeline also goes above and beyond, getting our mail and making sure the trash is picked up. My husband and I have a really hard time leaving our tuxie when we go on vacation. We're really bonded with her and we both work at home, so its traumatic for ber and us when we're both gone, to the point where we've been actually putting off travel together. Since we found Madeline, we no longer worry about leaving Kita so its actually changed our lives! We'll be able to take trips we've been putting off. Madeline really cares, and it shows, she takes meticulous care of Kita, she keeps us updated on every visit and sends pictures, she always goes above and beyond, taking out trash, getting mail and packages, cleaning up when the fountain overflowed, putting up our food when we forgot to cancel Hungryroot, etc.. Kita is a problem eater and Madeline watches her intake carefully and adjusts her food. I cannot describe what a weight this takes off me when I'm away, knowing Madeline is taking care of everything, shes a true lifesaver. I am beyond happy that we found her, she is just the best! I feel so safe leaving my baby with her. 100 stars!!
