We hired Suzi for daily 45-minute cat sitting visits while we were on vacation. To make things as easy as possible, we automated feeding, water, and litter. All we really needed was someone to spend time with our cats and send photos/updates, which is standard for any sitting service. At the meet and greet she was enthusiastic and reassuring. She told us, "Don't worry, I am very reliable," which is why we felt comfortable booking. Unfortunately, she never actually stayed for the full 45 minutes she was paid for. Updates were minimal (often just "They were so playful today!" and I had to follow up with her to get photos because her wi-fi wasn't working a few days). When we saw on the exterior camera that she stayed only 17 mins the first day, she said it was a rough morning, and promised to make up the time the remaining days. She stayed 37 mins the next day, then under 30 mins the rest of the days. We asked if she could just be communicative if there were issues staying the full time, and she reassured us that she understood, so I don't know what happened. After the trip, she sent a message saying our expectations were too stressful to manage, but those expectations were what she'd agreed to when she accepted the reservation and our payment. I asked her twice to check for a package at the door, but ended up asking a neighbor because I felt I was adding too much to her plate asking her for updates and to stay the full time. the other “special request” was she had left a drawer open and I noticed on the camera so I asked her to close it because I was worried that a cat could get in and get hurt. She also cited her commute and work schedule as issues, but she had driven to our house before accepting so I don't see why this couldn't have been figured out earlier. We've used other sitters before and never had this experience. I would not recommend if you are at all anxious about how your kitties are doing because I felt I was bothering her just asking the simplest thing :/

There's always some doubt when leaving your babies in someone else's hands while you are away, but I felt completely comfortable with Suzi. When she visited to meet them and learn the routine she spent a good bit of time getting to know the kitties and they instantly liked her. suzi sent a short video every day after visiting, her schedule was consistent, and I returned to peaceful and happy cats. I will be scheduling her in the future.

Suzi was great with my cat while I was away. She showed up consistently, sent updates and videos, and made sure my place was taken care of. I came home to a calm, happy cat and a clean space. I really appreciated her care and reliability.

Suzi was great with our crotchety, old man who doesn’t warm up to new people or like changes in his routine. She understands cats and does a good job of reading the cat’s behavior and signals.
