He sent incredibly detailed updates and multiple photos/videos every single day, which gave me total peace of mind. One of my cats, Taco, is notoriously shy and timid around new people. Not only did Ryan manage to win him over and bring him out of his shell, but when a last-minute medical need popped up, requiring Taco to take an oral steroid, Ryan adapted to the change instantly and without hesitation. Handling a nervous cat who needs medication is no small feat, but Ryan handled it like an absolute professional. I am grateful for the stellar care he provided."

Our cat loved her and was so much happier when we returned. It was wonderful getting such detailed feedback on our kitty while we were gone (our kids loved the pictures!). We are sooo grateful for her help and for the great care she took of our cat while we were gone."
