My first cat is special needs who unfortunately lost her vision as a kitten, she has gone to college with me as an ESA where she quickly gained popularity and became her own star on campus. I have also taken in cats that no longer had a home such as my grandmother cat who is older and needs a little more help around the house. This cat is particularly picky about his water and only drinks from a moving source such as a faucet, or a fountain. I am committed to my pets and hope that the commitment I have for them eases your decision on choosing me as your cat sitter!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have had cat sitting experiencing for over 6 years. I have cared for my grandmother's cats when she would leave for extended hospital visits. She also owned 7 well maintained cats. I also cat sit two cats for my best friend when she goes on vacation.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love being the person to trust. Knowing that your pets are safe, healthy, and happy gives you the ability to enjoy your time away gives me pride in what I do. Vacations are not supposed to be relaxing and feeling guilt or worry should not be part of the plans. I love putting your mind at ease.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

I love sitting for my best friend. Jer two kitties are the sweetest and they love when I'm over. I think it's super sweet that they get excited when they see me in the house. They immediately want my attention and I'm happy to give it to them.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
