"During an extremely stressful week of my life requiring a two -day personal business trip, I was desperate to find a loving, caring sitter comfortable with administering my little one's morning meds with his breakfast and willing to spend some patient time with his anxious little self being confused about where the heck his Mom was and why he was alone! I can't say enough great things about Melissa - the kind, caring and very professional sould I found on Meowtel. During a very dark and stressful trip her msgs & pics were the brightest part of each day and gave me more comfort and peace than I can describe. Could not more highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a loving professional to look after their kitties for any reason. "Mack looked after my pack of three for ten days while I visited family in Arizona. Although one of the cats didn’t come out of hiding at first (which is typical of her), all three were quickly won over. Mack provided daily updates and photos of my girls, who looked totally at ease. She also kept me updated on my oldest (and pickiest) girl’s food consumption while making sure she got both of her medications, one mixed into her food and the other given with a pill shooter, so I knew what she ate, how much, and which specific flavors she liked, which even helped me decide what food to buy next. I came back to three happy cats who had clearly spent a great ten days with their newest sitter buddy. Knowing my girls were in such good hands gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Mack again."

"We met Jiselle a few weeks ago in preparation for a future booking. When our preplanned boarding booking ran into a snag and got cancelled, Jiselle was kind enough to agree to an additional booking at very short notice. She stepped up to the table big time, to our utter delight! Jiselle's daily reports were detailed and recorded with an almost surgical precision. It made it easier for me to determine whether I should advise her to pay closer attention to a particular cat, or whether to chalk the reports up to old age cat issues, which it was. This gave me a huge sense of confidence in trusting my cat babies - and home - with her. She left us with the most wonderful note and photo keepsake, which is really unexpected and cherished. I'm thrilled to have a repeat booking with her later this year!"

Tamara and I hit it off right away. My shy cat came out of hiding to show his face and then walked away. I like how Tamara greeted him with friendly, soft tones, keeping a distance to honor his shyness. She and I went over everything he needed. I felt no need to meet any other pet care people. She drops in daily to change his food and water, clean his litter and pet/play with him. I asked her for daily photos and updates by text and to buy food as needed that I would repay her for. The progression of her relationship with my very shy cat, who never lets anyone else but me touch him has been amazing. Tamara has been caring for Kitty for over 3 weeks.
