I have one cat, named Elsa. She is 9 years young! I adopted her when she was 9 months old. She is a treasure. She knows how to fetch her tiny mouse and bring it back to me. She is always by my side. Rather than get another cat right now, I would rather help you with your cat sitting needs! Whether it’s a business trip or a quick getaway or even a long getaway I would be so happy to help you! I have been a cat mom to 6 or 7 cats and all of them have been rescue kitties. Each cat has been treated like royalty and knew they were deeply loved by me!
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I would like to meet the cat parents and get the information I need from them on how they handle their cat or cats. I think it is important to know as much about the cat and its daily routine, so I can give them the best care. I also think if the cat sees me with its parents and a rapport is there, the cat will feel more comfortable and I won’t be seen as a stranger while they are gone from the house. I will be happy to send pictures and a daily report on how things are going at home.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, I am available during holidays. Travel without the worry that your cat is not being treated well. Holiday travel is tough enough without worrying about who is watching your cat and giving them the best care possible. I will do my very best to ensure your cat is fed well and cared for you, so you can enjoy your trip!

I booked Julie to watch my mom's cat Coco while she was hospitalized. Julie went over, met Coco and my mom and Coco instantly loved Julie(which is a huge compliment as Coco doesn't take to everyone). Julie is responsive, flexible, and extremely reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to book Julie again and you shouldn't hesitate either.

Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

- February 13-19: Presidents Day

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
