I'll take good care of your fur baby as if it was my own. I haven't been able to have my own cat for a while because of apartment rentals rules, so I cat sat as often as I could for friends. Your precious cat is in good hands and will be given lots of love and pets if they want it. Some cats prefer space, I recognize that and meet them where they are at.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

If I had a neighbor with cats I'd offer to help out when they needed it they were grateful I was willing to help out and it gave me some kitty time when I couldn't have my own.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I like playing with the cats and sitting and reading or watching a show while a cat is content and purring is a sweet feeling.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

My neighbor was away and his elder cat was not used to being alone. He loved sitting on the balcony in my lap and getting pet. And it put my neighbor at ease to enjoy his much needed time away.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
