Lillian was amazing! She sent detailed daily updates, including pictures. She was also willing to start cat sitting while I was there to hopefully get them comfortable. She was also very understanding when they were not comfortable until the last day or two :) , but took the time to give treats and be patient. I would highly recommend her and will use her again in the future.

We had such a wonderful experience with Lillian caring for our cat, Fireheart. Lillian truly went above and beyond—after noticing some throw up one morning, Lillian went back twice just to make sure Fireheart was okay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Lillian was incredibly attentive, communicated clearly and consistently, and was very thoughtful throughout the entire stay. Lillian also took great care of feeding our fish, which was greatly appreciated. It was clear that Fireheart was in caring and responsible hands. This is our second time with Lillian and would absolutely trust Lillian again and highly recommend Lillian to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate pet sitter.

I have entrusted Lillian multiple times to take care of my two senior kitties and she has not let me down. Knowing that my babies are being cared for by Lillian allows me to be present and enjoy where I am with family, friends or work. Charles needs medicine twice a day for his thyroid and Lillian also administers this medicine when in her care.

Lillian did great! and the standoffish cats warmed up to her which is a plus. Very attentive. All of her updates were thorough and supported by photos which warmed our hearts. Always reassuring when you know your furry family is well cared for when out of town. Very happy with our experience with Lillian.

Lillian was wonderful with our cat, Fireheart, while we were away for a week. Fireheart was well-fed, cared for, and got plenty of playtime. We loved the photo updates, and Lillian even helped with our fish too! Highly recommend.

Lillian was an excellent sitter. Between when we did our meet and greet and the actual sitting one of my cats passed away and not only was Lillian extremely kind about it, they also rolled with it since it changed the visits a bit from what we'd originally discussed.
