Mousenik, an 12-year-old Russian Blue, who was adopted from Paws 11 years ago, and recently, I took in a young stray Tuxedo, Charlie Girl. I know how hard it can be to find a reliable cat sitter who understands that cats need more than just their food refilled, they also need attention and companionship and a nice clean litter box. Suzanne was a life saver to help with my two kitties while I was away from home for two weeks. My cats are used to me bugging them almost 24-7, so I had some anxiety for leaving them any amount of time. immediately, I felt better after the initial touch base visit, where I was able to go through the particular needs of each cat, since they’re very different from one another, but both a little needy for attention. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

Your caregiver may also need to charge a little more if they have to travel far, so we'll match you with the best options which are close by.
