If you ask any of my friends what my favorite thing in the world is, it’s cats! I have two of my own (orange is Rufio; gray is Wendy), and I can’t wait to meet your cat! I’ve had cats my whole life, starting right when I was born. Feeding the cats and emptying the litter box were my chores growing up, so I learned cat care early. I also learned cats can require a lot of patience and nurturing to warm up to you, or they may be warm from the get-go. I respect all cat’s levels of comfort with me and gauge how I act toward them based on their reactions. I’ve been a volunteer with Chicago Animal Care & Control in transporting cats to their foster homes, rescues, and vet appointments. I have also fostered kittens and adult cats. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
