Hi everyone! My name is Dmitrii and I’m a lifelong cat lover. I have many years of experience taking care of cats. My parents had a cat, my grandmother had a cat and my parents in law had a cat, they relied on me since I was 12. I fed them, cleaned litter boxes, played with them and brought them to vet. Right now, we (me and my wife) have the cat named George. We adopted him from the animal shelter three years ago and it was one of the best decisions we made in our lives. receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers
will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their
planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the
start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within
24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their
planned earnings.
