Daniella was great, got shy kitties to get more comfortable. goes out of her way to check on hiding cats and helped us out resetting our furnace in a heat emergency! simply the best!

Daniella was very patient with my sassy boy cat. She was able to work with him and feed him in a kind way, even when he was not kind back to her. Then my easy chill cat loved snuggling and playing with her. I greatly appreciate Daniella.

The reservation could not have gone better. One of my cats always hides under my bed and Daniella talks to him and tries to coax him out and makes sure he is ok. The other loves to cuddle with Daniella. Cats were well fed, litterboxes maintained and plants on balcony cared for.

This was our 1st time using Meowtel and we chose Daniella based on her other reviews and her bio, as we have 2 18 yo cats that needed care while we were out of the country for 10 days. This is the 1st time we've been gone this long while both cats have been on daily meds and were a bit nervous. We took advantage of the meet & greet and were immediately relieved and also impressed - Daniella gave both cats their meds with us present for the 'dry run' and I was amazed that she was able to give these w/o hesitation, especially to our cat Larry, who is shy and HATES getting his meds. But Daniella was a rockstar nurse! :) While we were gone, she sent daily updates around the same time each day - which was really helpful. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our vacation "guilt free", knowing Daniella was there to give our cats some love, pets & get them fed/watered daily, and most importantly their meds! 100% recommend this lady, and we will absolutely be enlisting her again. Daniella is great. She watched our two kitties twice and they love her. I can tell because she sent little videos and I could see how warm they are with her. she also answered every single text right away and hunted down my shy kitty who was hiding when I was worried about her health a bit. and she watered my flowers too. I felt assured all was well at home with Daniella taking care of things.

Daniella is absolutely incredible! it’s obvious she absolutely loves cats, and she treated mine like her own. I have two old ladies, who both need complicated meds and are both shy, and she was fantastic and patient with both of them — even the naughty lady who likes to play hide and seek before she’ll take her meds. She sent videos via text of both ladies every visit, and you could see that she quickly won them over. My most skeptical lady was slow blinking and yawning in front of her by the second day. One of my ladies was sick before I left, so I delayed my trip a few days, and Daniella was SO accommodating and understanding. She also kept close watch on the issues my sick kitty had been dealing with and provided incredibly detailed accounts for me. If I hadn’t met her and been so impressed before I left, I would not have been able to leave my kitty. She kept my mind at ease. I cannot recommend Daniella highly enough. She is the only sitter I will use going forward!

Daniella was so great with our cat, Amy, while we were away! This was our first time needing a cat sitter and Amy tends to be shy and a little anxious around change (like new people). But you'd never know that, because she warmed up to Daniella so quickly! It was clear from the first meeting that Daniella cared about meeting all of our cat's needs, as she took notes on everything and asked all the right questions to cover anything we may have forgotten to mention. While we were away, we reliably received a daily photo and video of Amy along with a text update, and it was clear that not only does Daniella like cats, but she also is knowledgeable in how to best interact with them. We'd gladly request her again in the future and we know our cat would be happy to be under her care again too.

Daniella was wonderful! My Echo has specific food and medication requirements and Daniella took great notes to make sure she got everything right - and she sent them to me for review before her first visit as well to double-check. Echo can be shy with new people, but I could tell by the pictures and videos Daniella sent that she charmed Echo easily and immediately, which made being away much easier. She was also kind enough to bring in some mail and packages that came while I was away, which was a great help and such a nice extra step. I am so happy to have met and worked with Daniella, and I will absolutely rebook her services if I can next time I'm gone!

Daniella has taken care of our cat three different times for 3-4 days each time and always does a fantastic job. She's sent videos of our cat greeting her and our cat is always thrilled to see her, greeting her like she greets her few favorite humans. Daniella is attentive to details, able to dispense medicine thoughtfully, and keeps our cat happy while we're away. We'll continue to book her!

Daniella is amazing! This was our first time using Meowtel and I cannot imagine it going any better. I was anxious about the idea of leaving my little angel until Daniella came over for a meet and greet. She put me at ease with her kindness, excellent questions, and attention to detail (of which there was a lot because Miss Fifi has a few issues.... and perhaps I do, too). While we were gone she sent detailed messages & photos. She was able to charm Fifi out of her "shy phase" and they became pals in no time! I highly recommend Daniella if you want someone sweet who understands how much you love your cat(s)!

My husband and I moved to the area earlier this year, and had always relied on neighbors to watch our cats when we were away. So naturally I was a little nervous about using an online pet sitting service. But Daniella did an amazing job with our two boys, and kept us updated with visit photos & videos. She was even able to get photos and videos of our shy one who likes to hide. Very professional, courteous and great communication.
