My cat can be shy with new people, but he felt comfortable with her right away because of her calm and gentle approach. Amanda is an incredible cat sitter and an awesome cat parent. She’s been owner to a diabetic senior cat so she’s experienced with issuing medication and making sure she’s providing felines with the best care. My cat is a beast and hates people but Amanda is incredible at accommodating her special temperament. She makes sure my baby is fed and played with when I’m out of town, even at the expense of her shoes (my cat loves attacking feet). You couldn’t ask for a better kitty care taker!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
