Natalie is my favorite cat sitter! I have 3 cats with 3 very different personalities. Natalie took great care to get to know them and treat them as the individuals they are and she was thus able to be accepted and make friends. Her texts to me were timely, detailed, really well-written (!), and often quite funny. And she always included a bunch of photos that let me know that my kiddos were just fine. I will definitely call on Natalie again, the next time I need a sitter.

Natalie exceeded all of our expectations! She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire time we were away. We absolutely loved receiving her detailed updates after each visit—they gave us so much peace of mind. She took wonderful care of our little guy, and even though he can be shy, it was clear from her messages (and the photos!) that he truly adored her. Natalie was amazing in caring for our cat, Lynnie! Not only did she take care of the usual and was perfectly on time and communicative, she also addressed unexpected challenges with grace and composure. She stayed longer to care for Lynnie when there was an issue with gaining entry into the apartment, and always gave Lynnie space when she felt shy at the beginning but showered her with pets and love once Lynnie felt ready. When Lynnie accidentally locked herself in the closet Natalie also helped rescue the girl. Overall Natalie was the best cat sitter we've had, would definitely recommend to anyone who is seeking a professional, caring, and extraordinary cat sitter!

Natalie was literally an angel on earth, my cat had an emergency while I was gone and she really was amazing and so helpful and she really genuinely cares about these kitties. She always lets me know when she's on her way to see the kitties and gives me a detailed status update after each visit.
