We are so lucky to have come across Nicole! She is an amazing caretaker for our cats while we are away. She sends plenty of pictures and updates with how they are doing. She knows each of their routines and ensures that they get plenty of play while she is at our home. She is respectful of our home and leaves it as she found it. She is reliable and is quick to update if any concerns arise with one of the cats. She takes her time with them and makes sure they both get all of their food and plenty of love too. Our cats love having her visit. We know they are in great hands while we are away. Would definitely recommend Nicole!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
