Samantha was a terrific cat sitter for our two cats, Abby and Theo. It was clear from her updates that she truly cared for them and took the time to make them feel comfortable and happy. She was good about sending photos of them, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. she also had trouble with our new garage door opener, but persevered and handled the hiccup without drama. She followed all of our specific instructions, from their feeding schedules to the little quirks they have. It was a relief knowing they were in such capable and caring hands. We came home to two very relaxed and content cats. We will be rebooking with her for any future trips!

Sam was wonderful with our kittens. She was very responsive and took great care of them. it was our first time leaving them, and we were relieved to leave them in good hands. Seeing pictures of our kitties playing reassured us they were happy and well cared for. would recommend and use Sam again!

I am new to meowtel and Samantha made it so easy. We communicated multiple times and had a meet and greet. She took great care of my senior kitties and had successful tricks to get Charles to take his medicine. I will be using Samantha again soon.

I selected this sitter because my other sitter was unavailable but will not use again. The meet & greet went well although my 2 Siamese cats did not come out to meet her as they have with other sitters. Seems like she did the bare minimum on her (3) 20 min visits. She did not replenish the water in their water fountain, did not clean their wet food bowl between feedings & only provided 2 pic’s & barely wrote up anything after her visit.

Samantha is great to work with. We have used her services 4x now and very pleased. I reallyvlike her prompt responses to "chat" questions, details etc. She does exactly what we go over.

Samantha was an excellent sitter! She was friendly and kind, and was very sweet with our not-very-sociable cat. We had a great meet & greet, and she took care of our fussy cat's needs perfectly. She also happily accommodated a change in our schedule. We'll definitely have Samantha back for our next trip!
