I have had cats all my life. I currently have two beautiful kitties at home: Nibbler and Mothball. I definitely cannot live in a house without a cat. They are my world. I also have two kids at home, a boy and girl. My son is 2 years old and my daughter is almost 4 years old. My cats learned to adjust to our additions to the family. My daughter loves playing with Mothball, Nibbler is very shy around humans. I worked for a non-profit Cat Shelter in California for 6 years. While I worked there I had various duties to perform. I assisted in cleaning kennels daily. I also provided sub-q fluids and medication for the kitties that needed it. I have never given insulin, but I'm willing to learn and add it to my experience. Shishona is absolutely wonderful! We have used her multiple times and she has never disappointed. She goes above and beyond not only to take care of our cats, but to keep us informed and let us know they are doing okay. She genuinely cares and knows how important our cats are to us. She shows them lots of love and affection which helps us feel better about being away from home. With Shishona we never have to worry, we know our cats will be well cared for. We were very nervous, as this was our first time leaving them alone, but she put us immediately at ease. She is kind, responsible, and responsive. She sent us multiple pictures and vidoes everyday, and would let us know how they were doing. She absolutely goes above and beyond and we had such peace of mind knowing our cats were in such good hands. We absolutely plan on using her in the future and cannot recommend her highly enough! She's the best!!

Shishona did an amazing job at looking after my 2 cats! She played with them & I even noticed she washed their cat bowls which was very nice of her to do! She sent pictures & kept me updated every time she went over. I will definitely use her again for watching my cats whenever I'm out of town!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not
receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer
cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
