As always, Cynthia did a tremendous job with our cats! She pays very close attention to how they are doing; this time, she let us know that one of our cats wasn’t eating her wet food-we let her know where we kept another flavor stashed in the pantry, and the change of pace was all our kitty needed to start eating again. Cynthia even introduced a new game to our cats to keep them stimulated! She really knows cats, and she is who we trust to take care of our kitties when we travel.

Cyndi has cared for my two kitties and one betta fish twice — and she exceeded my expectations each time. About a month before my initial trip, Cyndi came to the house, met the kitties/fish, and walked through the routine with me (which includes ~ 12 pages of cat care / home basics). She asked a lot of great questions, studied them, and later asked more, just to clarify certain points. One of my kitties is ~ 16 years old and requires various types of medication. He can sometimes be difficult to pill — but Cyndi handled it like a pro. Both kitties can be finicky about eating when I’m gone; again, this wasn’t a problem for Cyndi. A few butt scoots and barfs happened while I was gone — I couldn’t even tell where they happened because Cyndi cleaned up so well. When I came home after Trip 1, both kitties came out and calmly greeted me — they didn’t give me their usual cold shoulder routine. I’ve been very impressed with Cyndi and how receptive my kitties (and fish) were to her — so much so that I try to schedule my personal trips around her schedule whenever possible. I highly recommend her services!

Cynthia has sat for my two boys twice. I forgot to review the first time, so I’m going to try and make up for it now. The first time she cared for my boys I had just moved them into a new place 3 days prior to my having to leave town. My younger one wouldn’t come out from under the couch, but Cynthia was gentle and patient, and by the time I was back both were happily settled into their new home. So when I had to leave town on short notice this past week, I was thrilled to see that Cynthia had availability. The boys remembered her instantly and it was obvious in the photos and videos how happy they were to have their new friend back to play with. Cynthia did an AMAZING job with my cats. All of my instructions were followed to the letter, even putting the garbage out and bringing the cans in. Our 20 year old cat needs Miralax and she even suggested a new and more efficient way for her to get the entire dose. (Previously we were putting into food, she suggested making it into a "broth" using some of the juices and then giving it to her via syringe). Very impressed! Her updates include more details than you can ever ask for which I really appreciate. It lets me know my cats are in great hands. Cindy has a way with cats and you can absolutely tell she is passionate about their care and welfare. I have already booked her for another upcoming trip.

Cynthia has cared for my 3 kitties twice now. Most recently, she came over every day for 10 days while we were in Hawaii. My cats all have 3 different personalities, and she customizes her care and play time to make sure that they are all happy with the attention they get (2 of them) or to be left alone (1 of them). She even made sure our house was secured on a day that had very high winds.
