This was our first time traveling together and leaving our cats since before the pandemic, so it was scary for all of us but Cynthia took the time to try and befriend them, even when they were being shy and hiding. My kitties were well cared for and content when we returned. I feel much better knowing I have someone I can trust to look after them when we are out of town!

Cyndi has cared for my two kitties and one betta fish twice — and she exceeded my expectations each time. About a month before my initial trip, Cyndi came to the house, met the kitties/fish, and walked through the routine with me (which includes ~ 12 pages of cat care / home basics). She asked a lot of great questions, studied them, and later asked more, just to clarify certain points. One of my kitties is ~ 16 years old and requires various types of medication. He can sometimes be difficult to pill — but Cyndi handled it like a pro. Both kitties can be finicky about eating when I’m gone; again, this wasn’t a problem for Cyndi. A few butt scoots and barfs happened while I was gone — I couldn’t even tell where they happened because Cyndi cleaned up so well. When I came home after Trip 1, both kitties came out and calmly greeted me — they didn’t give me their usual cold shoulder routine. I’ve been very impressed with Cyndi and how receptive my kitties (and fish) were to her — so much so that I try to schedule my personal trips around her schedule whenever possible. I highly recommend her services!

I got great messages and pictures. She is very trustworthy and her attention to all the detailed instructions was great ! I feel lucky to have found her and will definetely use her in the future !

There’s no one else I would rather trust my cats with than Cynthia. One of my cats was sick before we went out of town and steadily declined as we were gone. Cynthia gave us detailed updates twice a day. Not only did she thoroughly clean up many spots of throw up and diarrhea, she took my cat to an emergency vet hospital 40 minutes away and was there for 3 hours until we decided the cat needed to be hospitalized. She is very dedicated to the health and well being of the animals that are in her temporary care and truly loves and cares for them. You couldn’t ask for a better cat sitter.

Cindy did a great job with my very skittish cat. She was sensitive to her personality & her needs, & cleaned very thoroughly after accidents happened. She watered my plants too. I loved the daily pictures & summaries. I felt like I was chatting with a friend! I’d definitely use Cindy again!!

Cynthia went above and beyond for my three cats while we were away! After just moving to the area, I was nervous to leave them with just anyone. But Cynthia proved to not only be kind and gentle with them, but she even cleaned up any messes and played with them plenty! They were very happy when we returned home and had plenty of food and water.

Cindy did a great job with my 2 cats. She went above and beyond with cleanup as my one cats was a bit stressed and had a few accidents. She checked in after every visit and sent pictures of my kitties so I knew all was well at home. I will definitely use her again next time I need a sitter.
