Leni is an Angel on Earth! Leni loves what she does and it shows. My cats fell in love with her immediately. Leni took an unfortunate event ( my oldest cat passing away while I was on a business trip) and made sure my fur baby was comfortable and loved in the last moments of her life. I am in debt to Leni for being there at that moment. I am forever grateful.

Working with Leni is my best experience by far! She is very personable and I felt so comfortable in her presence and also leaving my babies in her capable hands. When I explained how I would prepare all of the bowls of food in advance, she immediately said that she would take care of that for me. She suggested a system for me and she did the rest. I cannot tell you how much time she saved me. I have 4 cats and I would have had to set up 36 meals for the duration of my trip. She offered to bring in my mail and packages and my only girl out of my 4 babies, came out for her everyday and she even allowed Leni to touch her. Besides me and the vet, no one has ever been able to get anywhere near her. Leni sent me pictures and kept me posted about their eating and litter habits. I appreciate Leni's top notch service!

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:


  • More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
  • 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
  • Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
