Leni did a great job again! This was the second time and she was very observant and detail orientated with our 19 year old kitty. Will definitely use her services again.

Leni took an unfortunate event ( my oldest cat passing away while I was on a business trip) and made sure my fur baby was comfortable and loved in the last moments of her life. Working with Leni is my best experience by far! She is very personable and I felt so comfortable in her presence and also leaving my babies in her capable hands. When I explained how I would prepare all of the bowls of food in advance, she immediately said that she would take care of that for me. She suggested a system for me and she did the rest. I cannot tell you how much time she saved me. I have 4 cats and I would have had to set up 36 meals for the duration of my trip. She offered to bring in my mail and packages and my only girl out of my 4 babies, came out for her everyday and she even allowed Leni to touch her. Besides me and the vet, no one has ever been able to get anywhere near her. Leni sent me pictures and kept me posted about their eating and litter habits. I appreciate Leni's top notch service!

Leni was great! Our cat loved her. Leni sent us pictures everyday which meant a lot to us. She also told us what kind of mood the cat was in, etc. It made us feel better about being gone. Our cat requires daily medication and Leni took care of that with no problems. We would definitely use Leni again.
