What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have helped friends and family with cat sitting for ~15 years, and extended my services to new families ~3 years ago. I have loved every minute of it and am so thankful to be able to do this!
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love meeting new cats, and ensuring they are cared for and their routine is maintained as much as possible while their people are away. I know it takes a lot of trust to let someone into your home, and to take care of your cat(s), so I take that responsibility seriously and care for both as if they are my own. I also really enjoy sharing photos and updates while you are way!
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
I recently cared for a 19-year-old cat, an 8-year old cat, and their younger dog sibling and it was such a joy. The 19-year-old cat was very specific about how many times she wanted to be petted, how clean the litter box was, and required a few medications, as well as freshly chopped rotisserie chicken and cream cheese to mask the meds. She was the funniest, sweetest diva and her mom still sends me photo updates of her every week and has become a regular client for me.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
