I am a self proclaimed, crazy cat lady. I would love to love on your fur babies while you are away. I currently have three cats of my own Named Simba, Theo and Lulu. I am an animal lover in general, but I have always loved cats and have had them since I was little. I have experience with administering medication as well as knowledge on specific diets and specific behaviors to look out for while you are gone. I know how important it is to make sure that your animals get the proper care and love while you are away and that each cat is different and may require a different approach. You know your baby’s best! I am currently on maternity leave so my schedule is wide open, but will be returning back to work in April so I can conduct visits in the morning and in the evening and weekends. But I will be unavailable from 9 to 3 when I start work again. I am an open book so feel free to ask any question or any concerns you have :) I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
My cats names are Simba, Theo and Lulu. Simba is still a kitten, Theo is my oldest and he’s five. Lulu is two years old.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Typically I like to do a meet and greet as soon as possible. That way we can go over everything from feeding schedule, different habits/personality differences, address any questions and concerns the owner may have or that I may have and to of course meet all fur babies in the home. :)
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes I am usually always available during the holidays. We do not travel out of town often and am open to last minute bookings as well.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:

- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
