I personally have 3 cats and have loved them all my life. I had a my first personal kitty since I was 16 and just lost him last year, when I turned 33.
Cats are a part of the family and deserve understanding and compassion. I take it very slow with kitties to ensure they are feeling safe. I also offer kitty massage and range of motion treatments for the senior babies out there!
If you’re kitty loves playtime then I’m all for that! I’d love to help them get some exercise and enrichment in each visit.
I am compassionate and dedicated to caring for cats. They are the best part of life, in my opinion!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been pet sitting regularly for a client for a year. I’ve done it off and on for over 5 years. Currently I take care of a senior kitty daily with lunch and massages. I also take him to physical therapy appointments each week. He gets pilled orally as well as an inhaler. I’ve also done pet sitting jobs to administer fluids as well as other jobs just to feed and scoop boxes.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes! Right now I have 3 kitties. OJ - 18 years Tuna - 5 years old Buddy - 3 years old They each have some chronic health issues that I manage to keep them healthy as long as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I like to go over expectations first. How long would you like me to be with your kitty? Medications needed, their regular schedule, etc. During visits I always send updates and pictures, even for my daily clients. I think it’s important to show each client how much you care and that you adore their kitty. I have yet to meet a kitty I did not love! I feel so very fortunate to have the opportunity to look after kitties for others and consider it my greatest privilege!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Prairie Village cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
