"Emily did a great job for us and our cat staying overnight with him for the entire holiday week. She allowed him to warm up to her at his pace and sent us updates and pictures. We could tell Spencer was happy and calm upon our return so we know he liked Emily. The weather was bad over a few of our days away and she offered and took care of the facets and cabinet doors for us so pipes would not freeze. She cleaned up after herself, kitchen, bathroom and laundered and remade the bed so we didn't have to deal with that late at night. She took very good care of our cat and home. We never worried. Thank you Emily!"

"Ashley is the whispering cat fairy! I adored having her take care of my cats! One of my cats is more curious and she befriended him quickly and was able to give him brushes which he really needs (long haired floofball). My other is very shy and hides from basically everybody but me and my partner. Even so, Ashley had her asking for pets and getting brushes after only a few visits! I was so happy to have them so lovingly cared for and she even watered my plants while we were away! She’s wonderful and I recommend her to anyone wanting a cat fairy to care for their feline babies."

This was our very first experience using a pet sitter, and we were leaving for 3 whole weeks, so naturally I was extremely nervous — especially because my cat Pumpkin is a very anxious cat. He’s scared of people, usually hides from strangers, and also has IBD, so his routine and care are very important. Before our trip, we did two meet & greets, and from the very beginning she was amazing. She approached Pumpkin slowly and patiently, never forcing interaction or pushing his boundaries. She answered every question I had professionally and thoughtfully, and took detailed notes about Pumpkin’s routine, habits, and needs. Honestly, she’s a cat whisperer. After the meet & greets, Pumpkin was already noticeably less scared of her. Within just a few days of our trip, he completely warmed up to her — and eventually they became best friends. Pumpkin is spoiled and constantly wants attention, and it was incredible watching their friendship grow through the cameras we had at home. The cat who normally runs away from people ended up waiting for her every single day and begging for pets and attention from her. She sent daily updates, photos, and videos that gave me so much reassurance while we were away. At one point Pumpkin was having a little difficulty eating, and she handled it calmly and professionally. We planned things together and she took care of everything so smoothly. You can tell she is extremely experienced and truly knows what she’s doing. Not only did she take amazing care of Pumpkin, but she also helped me emotionally through the entire 3 weeks. She understood how anxious I was leaving him for that long and constantly reassured me. That level of trust and peace of mind is priceless. She was reliable, professional, caring, attentive, and also took great care of the house. Three weeks is a very long time to leave your pet, and trust me when I say we truly had the best possible experience. From now on, she is absolutely our go-to pet sitter without hesitation. We trust her completely, and I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks again Tiffany!"

"First of all, I wanted to give Alison a 5-star rating, but for some unknown reason, the Meowtel phone app would only let me do 4-star. I will attempt to change it again, but if it stays at 4, please know that it should be 5!! I don’t often need help with care for my kitties, but when such an occasion arose two years ago it was a vast relief and blessing to find Meowtel. And specifically, to find Alison. So when I recently had to be away from home again, I naturally opened my Meowtel app… and was thrilled to see that Alison was still available! She actually does more than the minimum required for feline care… that is, she puts herself into it, and really cares for and about her charges. Apart from basic necessities of food and water, my highest concern is that my babies don’t feel abandoned. Alison spends time getting to know them and make them feel comfortable in her presence.
