I currently offer drop-in visits throughout the Georgetown area. I am more than happy to accept requests at whatever frequency is needed for... I am an equal opportunity animal snuggler and cat mom. I grew up with dogs and horses and have had more than 15 years’ experience caring for my own and others’ cats, ranging widely in type and temperament.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love getting to interact with all different types of cats. I would probably have about ten cats myself if I didn’t live in a small apartment - they are all such unique, sweet, hilarious little creatures, and I love getting to know each of their individual personalities and quirks!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I currently have two cats. Clover is a three-year-old torbie, and Willow is a two-year-old tabico. They are both very high energy little lovebugs!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
My first cat was incredibly timid, so she taught me a lot about patiently earning the trust of a nervous cat. I’ve found the most success in being a calm, quiet presence and allowing them to come to you on their own time and terms, and then rewarding any positive movement with whatever they are most incentivized by (treats, play with a favorite toy, chin scritches, etc!)

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
