In addition to cat care, I volunteered for a year with Feline Friends at PetSmart in Salem NH... Thank you for visiting my profile! My name is Jill and I live in Andover with my spouse and our two cats, Annie and Frankie! I’ve been helping care for people’s cats since 2013 and I’m so happy to be offering my sitting services on Meowtel! I service the Greater Andover area and am available to do visits weekdays and evenings, weekends and holidays! We can always do a complimentary meet & greet so your kitties can get to know me and show me their food, water, litter boxes, toys, etc.!
In addition to cat care, I volunteered for a year with Feline Friends at PetSmart in Salem NH. I’ve also helped with feeding a small colony of TNR cats in Lowell. I have studied cat grooming through NCGI (National Cat Groomers Institute) and have done many nail trims and some mat removal. I worked for a veterinary clinic from 2014-2015 where I learned about properly administering medications and would be happy to discuss that if needed as well! I’m always looking to help in as many ways I can!
If your kitties are shy or even “spicy” that’s ok! I’m comfortable with all purr-sonalities!
In my spare time I enjoy activities like hiking, swimming, reading books, and socializing with family and friends!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes! Their names are Annie and Frankie! We adopted Annie as a tiny little kitten in March 2018 and we adopted Frankie when he was 5 months old in March 2020.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
Absolutely! I always make sure to double check that I locked up doors or garages! I also ensure if cats are escape artists that I keep a watchful eye on them near any doors as I enter or exit the home!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Andover cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $30.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
