Dixie was a pleasure to have take care of my cat. She is very caring, and proactive for my cat’s needs while I was out of town. Even when the dry food was low, she was willing to get some and refill. Dixie also sent quality photos during each visit to show that my cat is doing well. Highly recommend!

Dixie has charmed our cats and we love being able to vacation knowing our cats are loved and cared for. I personally struggle with my cat’s epilepsy and have a hard time relinquishing control, but Dixie is an absolute pro at communicating about my cat’s behavior and administering medication! 100000/10 would recommend her!

Dixie was a phenomenal cat sitter. I have two very old cats that needed special attention. Dixie was great at giving them both their medicines!! She kept us updated every day along with sending photos!! Dixie had a terrific presence. With Dixie taking care our kitties we were able to enjoy our vacation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
