We were so nervous trying to find a new cat sitter for our boys during the holidays, and stumbled upon Shruti’s profile. She immediately seemed like the perfect fit and even took time out of her personal life to come meet the boys. Since that meet and great, we never looked back and Shruti was simply amazing! She cared for our kitties like they were her own and we felt so comfortable being away. We got so many wonderful updates and photos, and the cats even got to try new treats and foods she brought over. We couldn’t recommend her more!

I have used Meowtel to book a number of different sitters (based on availability), and while they've all been good I have to so that Shruti is really above and beyond wonderful! She was flexible with my schedule to meet and greet, and was very attentive to what needs my cat might have. Then during each visit I could really tell how much my cat loved hanging out with her, and appreciated hearing that Shruti genuinely enjoyed my little cat as well. Once all of her assigned days were completed, Shruti took the extra step to ensure that everything was set for my return and that my cat would be ok in the meantime as it turned out to be an unusually hot day in NYC. She really cares about my cats well-being and comfort, and I will absolutely be booking with her again!

Shruti was absolutely wonderful throughout! She clearly loves and has tons of experience with cats. She took great care of my elderly kitty, including feeding her medication every day, and sent lots of updates with photos and videos. I knew my girl was in great hands while I was away. Highly recommend Shruti! She was a great friend to my two kitties while I was out of town. I have one kitty who is blind and another who is a bit shy and Shruti was able to befriend them both with treats, pets, and playing. She is also great about sending updates and cute photos.

Shruti goes above and beyond. She genuinely cares about the fur babies she’s looking after, but she’s also thoughtful in looking out for your home. She brought treats, and my snobbish cats took to her sweet demeanor. I loved all the updates she sent as well—it made it easier to be away from my cats!

We just moved to the area and needed someone last minute to watch our baby boy (Mookie Roo) on a trip out of town. We came across Shruti’s profile, and she looked like a great fit. We scheduled a visit, and right off the bat, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She even brought treats for Mookie, who took a liking to her almost immediately.
