Hey there, Meowtel Community! I am a lifelong pet owner, the current cat mom of two ten year-old tuxedo cats, a graduate student at Bridgewater State University, I’m looking to supplement my income with something that brings me joy, and I just can’t think of anything that fits that description better than cat-sitting! I have been pet-sitting since I was in high school, continued to do it throughout college and added dog-walking, and I am picking it up again now that I’m back in school. I am usually my family and friends’ go-to person to care for their animals while they’re away. As a result of my lifelong cat ownership and care for cats through pet-sitting, I have had extensive experience caring for cats with a wide range of health and behavioral problems. My own cat, Lily, has asthma and a seizure disorder, and she requires multiple daily medications. I’ve administered insulin to cats with diabetes. I’ve even changed a trache tube on a cat before. My mother is also a cat lover and she brought fosters into our house all the time while I was growing up. Most of them stayed in my bedroom, because I had a way with socializing cats. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
