Good day and hello to everyone! My name is Gregory and have absolutely LOVED cats my entire life! Throughout my life we have always had cats, and all have lived into their senior years (sadly most passed away due to various cancers). I can't imagine my life without cats in it! My current kitty, Greggy, a tuxedo American domestic shorthair, is my pride & joy, being my little shadow wherever I go (watch out from underfoot)! As your cat sitter, I will do all in my power to help comfort and care for your feline friend, from lovins to playtime to feeding, tending to their litter and addressing any medical needs they might have/require. In the case of any emergency, I will keep in constant contact with you (as well as Meowtel) and make sure your beloved feline friend(s) receive the best care possible at your preferred vet of choice! As your Sitter, I am more than happy to help administer medications that your kitty requires provided that the kitties are approachable and friendly. If they're going to be skittish and keep their distance from me, it will be difficult to administer the meds that they need. If we both think it could possibly be difficult to administer the medications that your kitty needs, other arrangements may be necessary. I will do my best to attend to you and your cat's every need and if and when I have any and all questions, I will be sure to get all information possible during our Meet & Greet. At the end of every visit, I will be sure to keep you updated with a brief report and at least 1 image (likely several) of your beloved feline(s) to help keep your heart at ease. As you now know, I have had cats throughout my entire existence to-date! I have a beautiful baby boy, my little shadow, Greggy currently (he is the tuxedo cat you see in my pictures)! Reserved with Gregory for a second time and all went good again!! Gregory provided lots of updates and communicated even when there was an unfortunate and unexpected issue. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
